Great concept

This is a great concept to have on your belt rather than a bulky plastic , kydex tourniquet holster or the RDS system that goes around your holster. This sleeve allows you to position the tourniquet anywhere on your belt to have it in an upward or downward position really makes things comfortable for in and out of vehicles on transports and in and out of vehicle patrol or when on the range.
