Shipping Policy
Effective Date: June 16, 2025

We offer custom belt configurations, and because of this, each belt is made to order. Please allow 6 to 9 weeks for production, plus shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options:

  • UPS – Ground or 2-Day

  • USPS – Priority Mail
    Please note: The 6 to 9 week production time applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Expedited Build Service (EBS):
For customers who need their belt faster, we offer an Expedited Build Service. This guarantees your belt will ship within 1 week of order placement.
To request EBS, contact us at (850) 826-0112. Additional fees apply, and availability is limited based on production capacity.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):
We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that tracking may be unavailable once packages enter the military mail system. Subsecond LLC is not responsible for lost shipments to military or government addresses once handed off to the military postal system.
