Refund And Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges for all unused items within 30 days of receiving your SubSecond product. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in processing, we will work with you in a timely manor to fix the problem.
If your belt does not fit perfectly, and you would like to exchange for a different size, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for any returns or exchanges due to inaccurate sizing. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
