SECTION 21 – CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable once production begins. Lead times may vary depending on material availability, workload, or supply chain delays. Subsecond LLC is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

SECTION 22 – PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Our products are intended for use by trained professionals. Subsecond LLC disclaims all liability for misuse, improper fit, or unauthorized modification. Users assume full responsibility for risk, injuries, or damages incurred during product use.

SECTION 23 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Okaloosa County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.
